How does the AI feedback work?

When you finish, we transcribe your answers and mark each one against what that question is assessing. You get a score out of ten for each area, an overall summary, and specific moments from your answer with suggestions for how to improve them. Feedback usually appears within a couple of minutes.

Why not just use ChatGPT? Is this generic AI?

No. Every question, mark scheme, answer framework and model answer is written and checked by medical students who hold offers from top UK medical schools, including Imperial and King's College London. None of it is made up by AI. The AI runs the interview itself: it reads each question aloud, keeps real prep and answer timers, asks follow-up questions like on the day, and marks your answer against that question's own mark scheme. ChatGPT can give you questions, but not the interview.

Are my recordings private?

Yes. Only you can watch your recordings, alongside your feedback. Our team doesn't watch them, and they're never shown to anyone else or used as examples. Every video is permanently deleted 24 hours after your session, so download it from your results page if you want to keep it. Your written feedback and a transcript of your answers stay in your account so you can track your progress.

Is the feedback ever wrong?

It's a coaching tool, not an examiner. Questions like these rarely have one right answer, so treat the scores as a guide to your reasoning and structure rather than a verdict.

How does billing work, and can I cancel?

Weekly and monthly plans renew until you cancel, which you can do any time from your billing page. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the week or month you've paid for. You can switch to another plan, such as the 6-month season pass, whenever you like, and any mocks you haven't used come with you. The season pass is a single payment that never renews. If you change your mind within 14 days and haven't used any of your plan, we'll refund you in full; once you've used it, it isn't refundable. Our refund policy is linked at the bottom of every page.

What is a mock credit?

One credit runs one full timed mock interview. Each paid plan comes with a set number of mock credits and practice attempts (one practice attempt is one go at a single question with feedback). The pricing page shows what each plan includes. A credit is used as soon as a mock starts, so leaving halfway still counts.

What do I need to take part?

For mock interviews and practice: a tablet, laptop or desktop with a camera and microphone. On an iPad use Safari, and on an Android tablet use Chrome. On a laptop or desktop, Chrome works best. Phones are fine for browsing, reading the questions and notes, signing up and paying, but mocks are designed for a bigger screen.
